I am passionately devoted to awakening in all the deep peace, abundant joy, radiant wholeness and complete fulfillment that is our natural state of being.

As a healing intuitive, coach and teacher, I have spent more than 30 years serving in the fields of holistic health, consciousness, healing and spiritual awakening. I work with individuals, couples and groups worldwide through a diverse spectrum of offerings, including Quantum Coaching & Healing, Multidimensional Mentorship, Intuitive Consultations, Immersions & Retreats, Sacred Land Experiences, Vortex Activations, Personal Ceremony, Yoga, Meditation, Soma Breath Journeys, Bodywork, Reiki, Creative Collaborations and more.

My Backstory

Since I was very young, I felt a deep calling to serve—to help humanity and the Earth heal, reconnect and awaken to our full divine potential.

I graduated from Hood College in Maryland with a BA in Biology and Environmental Studies and initially pursued a career in Marine Biology, wanting to make a meaningful difference by helping restore our ecosystems and, ultimately, our collective health.

Yet I soon found myself questioning whether the solutions I was seeking could be found solely within the structures and perspectives of my chosen field. I sensed that things were not as they seemed, and began to realize that any truly meaningful solution would need to come from another level.

So I turned inward.

With a deep desire to know the truth of who I am, understand the purpose I was here to fulfill, and discover more fundamental solutions to what I was witnessing in the world, I embarked upon an intense period of inner exploration. Following this profound dark night of the soul, a dramatic spiritual awakening occurred—and my life changed completely.

My journey then took me around the world and into a rich array of initiations, teachings and professional trainings in the healing arts, yoga, meditation, energy work and coaching.

As my own transformation deepened throughout my 20s, I was called to serve full-time as a spiritual guide and teacher of A Course in Miracles, offering spiritual awakening intensives, healing and coaching internationally.

Eventually, I felt another calling: to deepen my own integration and to serve more directly within my local community. In Wisconsin, where I was based at the time, I began offering Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, Yoga and Meditation classes in 2010. Over the years, I continued expanding my work to include Multidimensional Quantum Healing & Coaching, Soma Breath Journeys and other integrative modalities.

A New Chapter in Sedona

In 2022, amid profound worldly upheaval and inner transformation, I was called to the sacred desert lands of Sedona, Arizona, where I am now based.

Here, I feel deeply inspired to share and expand the gifts I have been entrusted with in new ways for this new time.

On Winter Solstice 2024, I married Michael, the love of my life, and together we are excited to share the light and medicine of our Sacred Union through both our individual and collaborative offerings.

We offer private immersive experiences and destination retreats for individuals and conscious couples in Sedona and other inspiring locations, including Santa Fe, New Mexico and Mount Shasta, California.

In addition to my in-person offerings, I offer bespoke Quantum Coaching & Healing packages remotely via phone or Zoom. Each container is tailored to your unique life, needs, intentions and circumstances, allowing us to create an approach that is both deeply personal and practical.
