It is my joy to share with you the profound gifts of yoga and meditation, inside or outside in a beautiful setting in nature. I will guide you to find the practice and pace that is ideal for you, bringing freshness, lightness and fun into every session. Everyone can enjoy and benefit from yoga and meditation, regardless of their physical ability or restrictions.

Yoga means “Union” and its ultimate purpose is Self-realization or enlightenment. However, some of its other wonderful benefits include:

    Each yoga session is unique and may draw from different styles and lineages, yet all are rooted in classic Hatha Yoga, focusing primarily on:

    *Asana (gentle stretches/postures)
    *Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar – a beautiful moving, meditative warm-up flow sequence)
    *Pranayama (transformative breathing exercises)
    *Meditation (a profoundly healing practice of quieting the mind and turning the attention inward and back to the Source).

A pure heart, open to the light, will be filled with the elixir of Truth.
